Founder: S.V. Balaji is a dynamic and results-focused Senior Manager with over 20 years of rich experience in Sales Management, Business Development and Distribution Management. He is intuitive, has strong business sense and an uncompromising commitment towards profitability and productivity.
Balaji is a PCC from International Coach Federation (ICF), an Alumni of IIM Kozhikode and Fellow in Organizational HRM from Carlton Advanced Management Institute.
Balaji has coached over 100 Middle and Senior Management Level Executives, clocked 1000 plus hours of coaching and has undergone 150 hours of Coach-specific training. His primary mission is to collaborate in the design and construction of every individual’s path to self-empowerment through a 3-Dimensional process of capacity building, coaching and mentoring. His coaching specialties are in the areas of Executive Coaching, Sales Coaching, Performance Coaching and Personal Coaching.
Balaji is a Peoples Person and is genuinely interested in people development. He is a passionate Trainer and Facilitator. Consultant: Gautam Ganguly is a creative, methodical and result oriented Senior Consultant with over 25 years of diverse and rich experience with significant exposure to the best practices in Sales Management, Distribution Management, Business Development and Business Process Development. He has managed and motivated interdisciplinary teams in Sales and Distribution in varied industries such as Agro Chemicals, Tourism & Hospitality, Real Estate and Insurance. He has strong business acumen and an unrelenting focus towards business processes, productivity and profitability.
Gautam has worked with senior leadership in many organisations, including Ciba-Geigy, Novartis, Syngenta and Reliance ADA. He is a Post Graduate in Agricultural Science and a diploma in Digital Marketing.
